Due to the nature of the digital services, software development, and digital marketing packages offered by Discover Purple, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness for both our team’s labor and our clients’ investments.
Digital Marketing & SEO Services
- Monthly retainers and subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, Google Ads Management) are billed in advance.
- We do not offer refunds for digital marketing services already rendered or mid-billing cycle cancellations.
- You may cancel your monthly service at any time by providing a [Insert Number, e.g., 14-day] written notice before your next billing date.
Web & Software Development Services
- Custom development projects typically require a non-refundable upfront deposit to secure project scheduling and commence initial research/wireframing.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, Discover Purple retains the right to bill for all hours worked and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation.
- Once the final code, application, or website has been deployed or transferred to the client, no refunds will be issued.
WooCommerce Direct Purchases
- For pre-packaged digital services purchased directly through our WooCommerce store, refund requests must be submitted within [Insert Number, e.g., 3 days] of purchase, provided that the actual service implementation or onboarding has not yet begun.
